Guidance for posting your positions and finding potential employees on Minnesota’s job bank – MinnesotaWorks.net – with no fee to you.

Referrals for workforce strategy development and connections to local, regional and state resources.

CareerForce Virtual and Interactive Services

CareerForce is providing services online and on the phone to help Minnesotans during the COVID-19 crisis.

While people are being urged to stay at home right now, businesses that provide essential and emergency services are still operating and hiring. If you have transferable skills, your work could protect others and help save lives.

Everyone hopes that current layoffs are just temporary, and that people will be rehired soon. But whether you’re looking for work now or thinking ahead, here are some job search resources and services you can access from home. 

Individual Assistance:

Online Resume Review: Our staff will review your resume based on current trends and best practices. Please email your resume your local CareerForce location using the emails listed below. Feedback will be provided in 2-3 business days.

Job Seeker Phone Support: – Talk to a CareerForce Representative one-on-one to get advice on job search topics and to learn more about other services available.

Job Clubs Online: If you are looking for work, you will want to participate in one of these webinar workshops to help you learn how to be successful in your job search in today’s economy, get advice, and develop new strategies. Job Club Online meets twice on Tuesdays, here are upcoming topics: 

Resume Writing Workshop: This workshop will cover best practices to create a resume that meets specific requirements of a position. Participation requires the ability to stream video and audio through your computer.

Interview Skills Workshop: This workshop will teach you how to answer challenging interview questions using frameworks to structure your thoughts and answers, and apply tools and techniques to approach your next interview with increased confidence. Participation requires the ability to stream video and audio through your computer.
