Southwest MN WorkForce Council Releases RFP

The Southwest MN WorkForce Council is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on Friday, March 10, 2017.

This RFP is required under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and solicits proposals to provide One-Stop Operator services at the three workforce centers located in the 14 county Southwest MN Workforce Development Area.  Workforce Centers are located in Marshall, Montevideo, and Worthington.

The One-Stop Operator will coordinate the service delivery of WorkForce Center partners and service providers as required under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.  One-Stop Operators may be a single entity (public, private or non-profit) or a consortium of entities.
