Collaborating on Training and Leadership

As a private, nonprofit organization, PIC collaborates with partners who share our focus on training and leadership. Operating in a 14-county area across southwest Minnesota, we offer customized training and employment services. Our services are conveniently accessible through our three CareerForce locations in Marshall, Montevideo, and Worthington. With over 35 years of experience, PIC has established itself as a trusted resource in building a skilled and qualified workforce.

One of our primary initiatives involves working closely with employers and educators to assist students in their career exploration, preparation, and skills training. By aligning these efforts with the needs of local employers, we ensure that students receive relevant and practical education. As leaders in Minnesota's CareerForce System, we implement regional workforce strategies to address long-term solutions identified by the Southwest Minnesota Workforce Development Board.
