Southwest MN Workforce Summit 2025
The Southwest Minnesota Private Industry Council is partnering with several economic development and workforce partners in southwest MN to hold a Southwest MN Workforce Summit on April 29 at the Heritage Event Center in rural Taunton. This all-day event features a great lineup of speakers and panelists providing you with tools and resources you can use to help attract and retain employees. This event is for employers, schools, and community leaders.

Gerry is the founder and president of Personnel Dynamics and has 35 years of human resources experience. He will kick off the day with a keynote address exploring how employers across the country are successfully attracting and retaining a stable workforce.
