The Southwest Minnesota Private Industry Council (SWMNPIC) is excited to bring a dynamic career exploration event to Worthington in 2026! As our world continues to evolve, it is essential that youth and their families are aware of the career and training opportunities available right here in southwest Minnesota. This event connects employers with junior and senior students from Worthington High School and the Worthington Alternative Learning Center to showcase the “real deal” career pathways shaping our region’s future.
Participating employers will provide hands-on, interactive exhibits that help students understand today’s workforce needs and the skills required to succeed. There is no cost to participate, and each employer will receive free publicity. Tables, chairs, breakfast items, and black tablecloths (if needed) will be provided. Exhibitors needing electricity should bring their own extension cords.
